• 33 12×12 stalls with aluminum bar fronts, automatic watering, and rubber mats

• Client lounge with large viewing windows
• Individual private lockers & saddle racks
• 2 Grooming bays
• 2 Wash stalls with hot & cold water
Back Barn – Unheated:
• 11 10×12 stalls with rubber mats

Insulated & heated 186 x 80 indoor arena with quality footing
200 x 100 outdoor arena
And 50 acres with 5 acres of wooded trails, mowed grass trails with hills & creeks.
